Job description: PT Test Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented test representative to oversee vendor testing sessions (Pearson Vue, Meazure Learning, Florida Certification Board, and PROV), in a supportive and organized environment. The test representative will play a crucial role in ensuring that all testing procedures are followed, maintaining the integrity of the examination process, and providing assistance to candidates as needed. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience working with students and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

The duties include checking in candidates, conducting physical walk-throughs of the testing room, performing candidate security checks, monitoring candidates via CCTV, and cleaning testing materials and rooms.

Please note that your schedule will depend on the needs and volume of the testing center.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor candidates during testing to ensure compliance with examination rules and regulations.

  • Distribute test materials and provide clear instructions to candidates prior to the start of the exam.

  • Address any questions or concerns from candidates regarding the testing process.

  • Maintain a quiet and focused testing environment by managing test center dynamics effectively.

  • Report any irregularities or issues that arise during testing to the appropriate authorities.

  • Assist in preparing the testing area before each session and ensure it is clean and organized afterward.

  • Educate candidatess about the testing protocols and provide guidance on best practices for exam success.

Qualifications

  • Experience with the vendor testing processes is preferred (Pearson Vue, Prov, FCB. and Meazure Learning).

  • Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with candidatess and staff.

  • Familiarity with adult education principles is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during testing sessions.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the examination process.
