Oliver Wenczel has both a practical as well as an academic background. After having worked in the construction business he earned an MA in Religion, Economics and Politics at the ZRWP. Subsequently, he initiated and managed research projects in Ecuador and Kenya in the field of democracy and peacebuilding. Besides his role as the Director of the C.E.S he also holds a mandate as a member of the School board in his town.
Christoph Schröder (President of the foundation board) has had more than a fair share of international work exposure, which has given him an immense understanding of various business functions to help people in most of their enquiries. These various fields range from chemistry to medical technology, military to e-commerce, automotive to religion and from the textile industry to logistics, etc. He has also spent two years of his live abroad doing social service.
Jarom Leonhard Radzik holds a Master in Secondary education, a Bachelor in communication and a Bachelor in law. He also has a professional qualification as a communicator and as a teacher for German as second language. He has been a founder member of two companies, worked as a communication and marketing specialist in the packaging industry and is recently teaching at a public school in one of Switzerland’s migration hot spots.
Dorothea Radzik holds a PhD in Psychology. For years she has been coaching and counseling children, adolescents and adults. She authors essays on happiness and identity and she has been a founder member of two companies. Furthermore she has held various executive positions in a religious association and is continuing to do so.
Yesica Schröder is highly committed as a mother and mentor to her three children. Her work in the family consists of creating an environment of learning and respect which requires sound peacebuilding skills. Apart from that she looks back on many years of civil society engagement where, among other things, she has been leading a young women’s organization which them moral values, ethics and social responsibility.
